Motoball is a niche sport with dedicated fans all over Europe. It's like football, but on a two-stroke motorcycle. The 'pitches' are gravel or asphalt and the ball is three times the size of a football. The bikes are fitted with special frames so that players can ride while pressing the ball to the bike with their legs. Germany has a national league with two divisions.

Motoball ist eine Nischensportart, die in ganz Europa treue Anhänger hat. Es wie Fußball auf Zweitaktmotorrädern. Die “Felder” bestehen aus Kies oder Asphalt, der Ball ist dreimal so groß wie ein Fußball. Die Motorräder sind mit speziellen Rahmen ausgestattet, damit die Spieler den Ball zwischen Motorrad und Bein einklemmen können. In Deutschland gibt es eine Bundesliga mit zwei Divisionen.
